Referred to below as the Provider. You, the purchaser, are referred to as the Client.
This is a public offer: a standing proposal to enter into a contract for paid online educational services. It is not an invitation to negotiate individual terms. By paying for a course you accept these terms in full, without reservations or exclusions. If you do not agree with any part of them, do not complete the purchase.
Access to the author's online course on stock trading, in the scope of the tier you select. Depending on the tier, a course consists of:
The exact contents of each tier are described on this website. The Provider determines the structure and sequence of the material and may improve or update it.
Prices are published on this website in US dollars and may be changed by the Provider at any time. A change never applies retroactively to services already paid for.
Payment is processed by Whop, an external payment platform, and is subject to Whop's own terms in addition to these. The Provider does not receive, store or process your card details. Payment is made in full before access is granted, unless a partial-payment schedule has been agreed in writing.
Access is granted after payment is confirmed and is delivered digitally — through the platform used for the course and through the messaging channel you provide when purchasing. Access is personal.
For every tier of the Game-Changer course, the full course content is made available to the Client from the date of payment. Because the service is delivered in full at that point, a refund of the course fee is not provided.
To submit a refund request in any case, write to fulltimetradingofficial@gmail.com. A request must be made in writing and state your full name, the payment details used, and the grounds for termination. Where a refund is due, it is paid to the account the payment came from within 10 calendar days.
Payments made through Whop may additionally be subject to Whop's own refund handling.
All course materials — videos, texts, templates, assignments — are the intellectual property of the author and are protected by law. Buying a course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own learning, and nothing more.
You may not record, copy, republish, resell, share, or make the materials available to any third party, in whole or in part, including within closed groups. Access credentials are personal and must not be passed on. Violation terminates access without a refund and may give rise to claims for damages.
The service is educational. The Provider teaches methods and shares experience; the Provider does not manage your money, does not trade on your behalf, and does not guarantee any financial result. See the Risk Disclaimer below — it forms part of these terms.
The Provider is not liable for losses arising from your trading decisions, nor for outcomes caused by your failure to follow the course, by technical problems on your side, or by circumstances outside the Provider's reasonable control.
The contract remains in force until both parties have performed their obligations. The Provider may amend these terms; the current version is always the one published on this page, and changes do not affect services already paid for.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force. The contract is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The parties recognise electronic communication — including email and messaging — as a valid way of exchanging documents and notices.
Only what is needed to sell and deliver the course:
Card and banking details are handled entirely by Whop. The Provider never sees or stores them.
Your data is not sold, rented, or used for advertising by third parties.
Each of them processes data under its own privacy terms, and only to the extent needed for the function it performs.
Data is kept in a form that identifies you for no longer than the purposes above require, plus any period required by accounting and tax rules, and is then deleted. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to protect it from unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
You may ask what data is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — write to fulltimetradingofficial@gmail.com. Note that deleting the data needed to identify your purchase ends access to the course. You may unsubscribe from notifications at any time.
By purchasing, you consent to the processing described here, and to receiving service messages about your purchase.
